On Demand Digital File Printing
The minimum print time for a file sent is 1 week.
Proofs will be returned for your approval before we begin the print run. Files that are not ready to print and require additional preparation will be charged at the rate of $50/hour for additional labor.
Our preferred file format is PDF for PC but we will accept files in the any of the following formats:

PDF (PC and Mac)
Please embed any fonts within the pdf if there are any questions about
this process please email or phone.

MS Word (PC only)
Files may be dropped off at
our office or mailed to the following address:

Internet file transfer is also available via ftp
to the following site:

If possible send print-ready work as we bill at $60/hour for computer time.
If work is from
an APPLE computer please put MAC at the end of your job folders name.
We can't take
files that are simply placed at the site root. Place your work in a folder then
send the folder You can not consider your work submitted unless these
instructions are followed.
Please make certain that
you send us the version of your work that you want us to print. You will not be
able to delete files or place files with the same name on the site to correct
mistakes due to security considerations, call (617) - 242 - 1100 or Email when your work has been successfully sent or if
you encounter problems. Give the EXACT name of the folder you placed on our
site.
